CHARACTERS OF A DISCIPLE

According to John C. Maxwell, a leader should intentionally select and train his followers.
Jesus says that a follower is not more than his teacher ; but once he has completed his training he will become like his teacher, and even more than that.
Consequently, if we want to develop our disciples, we have to train them well.

The MDC Children Ministry Team has committed to train the children through cell groups because we always think that the Sunday meeting only will not be enough for us to influence their life.

We decided to learn together with the children regarding the characters of a good disciple. John C. Maxwell, again, makes the acronym which composes the characters :
F - faithfulA - available
I - initiative (to do good)
T - teachable
H - hungry (for truth)
